Refund & Return Policy

At Dermly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, with all components, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened or used may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a return, as this is a personal care product and we cannot resell used items for hygiene reasons. Each case will be evaluated individually.

To start a return, contact us at dermlyskin@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods that have been opened or used, and hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be unused, with all components, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
